Your Key Responsibilities Booking sales orders based on purchase orders received from customers and sales representatives Assisting with daily business activities and administrative tasks Ensuring accuracy of order details, including quantities, prices, delivery dates, and customer information Working closely with the sales department and other internal departments Entering and maintaining data in the customer portal Your Qualifications Actively pursuing a degree Fluency in English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency Knowledge of German is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive and eager to learn Our Offer Be a part of a global company & international team with a diverse variety of backgrounds, skills and views.
