Associate Technical Analyst

Life on the Team As an Associate Technical Analyst / Trainee, you will be part of our IT Support team, providing first-level technical assistance to users across hardware, software, applications, Microsoft 365, and connectivity-related issues. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking to build their careers in IT Service Desk, End User Computing, and Microsoft 365 Support within an enterprise IT environment What You'll Do Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, application, and connectivity-related issues.

Troubleshoot basic issues related to Windows 10/11, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365. Assist users with password resets, account access, multi-factor authentication, and basic authentication-related issues. Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity issues. Log, categorize, prioritize, update, and resolve incidents and service requests using an ITSM or ticketing tool.

Follow standard troubleshooting procedures and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams. Support user onboarding and offboarding activities. Assist with basic Microsoft 365 administration and user management activities. Provide remote assistance and basic endpoint troubleshooting. Maintain accurate documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolutions.

Communicate effectively with users and provide timely updates on open tickets. Maintain agreed service levels and contribute to a positive end-user experience.

What You'll Need

A graduate degree in any discipline. 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in IT support, Service Desk, or a similar role. Fresh B.Tech Graduate can be considered Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows troubleshooting, and networking concepts. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

A keen interest in IT infrastructure and technical support. Willingness to learn and work in an enterprise IT environment. Flexibility to work from the Noida office in 24×7 rotational shifts.
