Search and Browse Analyst

The Search & Browse Analyst**will help shape how customers discover and shop Fleet Farm online. This role optimizes onsite search, navigation, taxonomy, filtering, and browse experiences to improve product discoverability, customer engagement, and online sales. You’ll analyze search behavior and ecommerce performance, monitor KPIs, and use data to improve search relevance, product rankings, and the overall customer journey.

You’ll partner with Merchandising, eCommerce, Digital Product, Marketing, IT, and UX to implement and measure improvements. Experience with** Algolia, Google Analytics 4, and ecommerce analytics** is a plus.
