A home, not just a service Hepburn Court is home for six adults with physical and sensory disabilities. We’re in the peaceful town of Glenrothes in Fife within walking distance of shops, hairdressers and medical facilities. West Lodge is home for six adults with physical, sensory and learning disabilities. We’re in the peaceful town of Glenrothes in Fife, within walking distance from hairdressers and medical facilities.

We’re not far from Kirkcaldy, St Andrews and Edinburgh. Your working hours 37.5 per week, with flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota. You’ll also take part in our on-call system to ensure the smooth running of the service. Hours are between 08:00 and 22:00, be a mixture of early and late shifts.
