This role requires crafting a cohesive visual language that effectively conveys narratives and evokes emotions aligned with a brand s identity and purpose. The work spans multiple platforms, including digital media, print, and user interfaces, ensuring that the visual expressions are modular and scalable. The Visual Designer collaborates closely with various teams to maintain consistency and innovation across all design outputs, contributing to a unified brand experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of visual design strategies that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
• Mentor junior designers and support their professional growth through constructive feedback and guidance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality across all deliverables.
• Continuously evaluate design trends and technologies to innovate and improve visual communication methods. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Design.
• Strong skills in typography, color theory, and layout design to create visually appealing and effective communications.
• Experience with design software and tools used for creating digital and print media.
• Ability to develop and maintain modular and scalable design systems that support diverse visual expressions.
• Excellent understanding of user interface and user experience principles to enhance digital product designs.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to translate briefs into impactful visual solutions. Additional Information:
