Competitive hourly wage based on experience Opportunities for career growth and trade development A team that values safety, quality work, and collaboration Health and dental insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Company-branded gear and tools provided Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and light commercial buildings Interpret and follow electrical plans, blueprints, and technical diagrams Ensure all installations are completed in accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes Coordinate with project managers and construction crews on project timelines and job requirements Troubleshoot issues and perform diagnostics using appropriate tools and techniques Ensure job site safety and cleanliness, adhering to OSHA regulations and company policies Mentor apprentices and support training of junior team members Accurately complete work logs, inspection reports, and job site documentation Requirements Valid New York State Journeyman Electrician license Minimum of 4 years of experience in residential or light commercial electrical work Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams Ability to work independently and as part of a field crew Comfortable working outdoors and in various field conditions Strong problem-solving and communication skills A passion for craftsmanship, sustainability, and quality
