SEB Kort is now looking for a Chargeback Officer to join our Dispute Operations team.

About the role

As a Chargeback Officer, you will investigate and manage disputes and fraud related card transactions, ensuring that cases are handled accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with card scheme regulations, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. As part of the process, you will review and assess information exchanged between customers, merchants, acquiring banks and card schemes.
