About Us

At Mendix (a Siemens company), we are committed to fostering a diverse, open, and safe working environment where everyone can truly be themselves. Our team members are driven, smart, and excel at what they do, constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation. As this market evolves, itʼs instrumental we lead the way. Apply today to discover how you can make a significant impact with Mendix.

Our Governance teams handle a critical and intricate domain that is fundamental to our customers' success. This involves ensuring robust entitlements, precise usage metering, secure user access, reliable identity management, enterprise tenant management and enabling customers to build low-code Mendix Pipelines. We empower customers with clear insight into their platform usage and the tools to act decisively.

We're looking for leaders who can shape our future. If you have a compelling vision for how the team and Mendix should evolve in this domain, we are eager to hear your ideas. While our teams operate with a high degree of autonomy, you'll be part of an encouraging and collaborative network. You'll need to work closely with other teams across Mendix, especially since many Governance topics inherently span multiple teams and services across the platform.

We are strong advocates of our own technology; therefore, a keen interest in the Mendix low-code stack is essential. We are a hybrid company and expect you to join the office one to two days a week. More is never a problem.
