Our clinicians typically see 10–14 patients per day, with most sessions one-on-one. No double-booking marathons. No production pressure.

Just time to think, treat, and build meaningful patient relationships. Why This Role Is Different: 10–14 patients per day. Mostly one-on-one treatment. 45–60 minute evaluations. Strong referral base and steady Brentwood community caseload. Large modern facility with private treatment rooms. Fully equipped rehab gym. Skilled aides to support exercise progression.

Compensation

& Benefits: $52–$70 per hour (DOE). Performance bonuses. Medical, dental, vision. PTO and paid sick leave. Continuing education support. Clear path to senior or leadership roles. Full-time clinicians typically earn strong six-figure compensation. New Graduates Welcome – Real Mentorship: One-on-one case review. Direct guidance from experienced orthopedic PTs.

What We’re Looking For: DPT, MPT, or equivalent. California license (or eligibility). Interest in outpatient orthopedics. Strong communication skills. Clinicians who care about doing things the right way.
