What You’ll Be Doing: Deliver professional, upbeat, and engaging service that keeps guests coming back Master the sequence of service and elevate the guest experience from start to finish Be the go-to for menu and drink knowledge—guide guests through our signature cocktails, wines, and food pairings Stay sharp on all menu items, garnishes, ingredients, and prep methods Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and presentation at all times Be flexible and step in wherever needed to keep the party flowing What You Bring: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a cocktail server in a high-energy environment Must meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol Knowledge and compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts
