Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Durham, NC team. At Autism COE, our BCBAs are supported by Clinical Directors, Office Managers, Intake Teams, Billing Specialists, and Administrative Staff who work together to remove barriers and allow clinicians to focus on client outcomes.

- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and oversee ABA programming and behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians
- Monitor client progress and make clinical modifications as needed
- Provide parent training and caregiver support
- Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
- Support clinical excellence and positive client outcomes Schedule This is a full-time position requiring reasonable flexibility in work hours to meet client, clinical, and operational needs. Schedules are generally aligned with organizational and client needs; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs.
Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field required
- Must be eligible to practice in North Carolina
- Prior ABA clinical experience required
