Join Our Dynamic Onsite Training Team at Forza Foods! We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Factory Trainer to become a vital part of our onsite Training Team at our Protein site in Normanton. If you are passionate about Training and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you! Position Details: Schedule: Monday

• Friday, 6:30am - 2:30pm Location: Forza Foods
• Site Based Role Contract Type: Permanent Your key responsibilities will include:
• Induction training for new starters and refresh current colleagues including food safety & health and safety
• Mandatory training module requirements for site and legal requirements
• Operational training module training
• Evaluate colleague operational performance via internal audit sheets
• Management training modules in relation to shop floor operations
• Preparing and reviewing Standard Operational Procedures
• Liaise with Management team members in relation to training requirements and/or issues
• Support and mentor new colleagues
• Ensure training matrix information is maintained and updated as and when required
• Work with and develop the site shop floor training supports
• Plan training schedules ( with the training manager) to cover all training requirements and dates What are we looking for?
