• Hazmat/Tanker Endorsements Required within 90 days of employment No major/serious violations in the last 3 years including leaving the scene of an accident, speeding violations 15 mph over posted speed limit, reckless/careless driving, and driving under the influence DUI or DWI. No drug convictions, positive screens, or refusals within the last (3) three years. No Felony convictions within the past 10 years. Verifiable work history, most recent (3) three years.
