Capital.com is growing beyond its current product set into new products, payment methods and jurisdictions. Financial crime controls have to keep pace with that growth and stay a step ahead of it. As VP, Financial Crime, you will own first-line financial crime across both Operations and Product. That covers how investigations are run day to day and which systems and controls the function relies on.

Your remit runs across onboarding, customer due diligence, customer risk assessment, screening, fraud, transaction monitoring, investigations and offboarding, covering the product, systems, controls and the operations. You will set the strategy, build the leadership team and give senior leaders a clear view of how well our controls are working.

This is a senior role with a clear mandate: build a function that can support a much larger, more complex business. This is a new position based in Dubai or London, reporting directly to the Group Chief Operating Officer
