Position Summary

We are seeking a polished, experienced Server to join our team at an upscale steak and seafood restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining service, extensive knowledge of food and wine, and the ability to deliver refined, attentive, and personalized guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a warm and professional first impression. Present menus with confidence, offering knowledgeable recommendations on steaks, seafood, sides, and wine pairings. Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, daily specials, and sourcing details. Accurately take orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure flawless execution.

Deliver food and beverages with proper timing, sequence, and presentation standards. Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, detail-oriented service throughout the dining experience. Handle guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. Manage payment transactions accurately and efficiently.

Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and overall dining room appearance. Follow all company service standards, health, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a server in fine dining or upscale steak and seafood restaurants required. Strong knowledge of steaks, seafood, wine, and classic cocktails. Excellent communication, memory, and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a high-paced, refined environment.

Must meet local age requirements for serving alcohol. Work Environment: Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required. Elegant, high-volume fine dining environment with a focus on exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
