Location Lewisville, Denton, Plano, Coppell, Irving, Carrollton, Flower Mound, Trophy Club, Frisco, Bedford, The Colony MUST HAVE DL 1 year of CAREGIVING EXPEREINCE Job Summary: Primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to the client in their place of residence; to assist in providing a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations and problems with the supervisor.

Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care and hygiene Help clients with physical therapy exercises, if required Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able) Remind clients take prescribed medication Shopping or accompany client when they shop Perform light housekeeping duties Be a pleasant and supportive companion Report any unusual incidents Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Job Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma preferred Licensure: Must have current driver's license, Insurance and own vehicle.

Others: Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance. Job Type: PRN Pay: $16.00 per hour Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Weekends/ as needed Experience: Home Health: 1 year (Preferred) Dementia: 1 year (Preferred) Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Caregiving: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: CPR Certification (Preferred) Work Location: In person
