Educational Coach (m/f/d) – Hybrid Work

At Nachhilfeunterricht , we’re looking for people who want to support students in their learning journey and help them develop better study habits, stay motivated and feel more confident. You don’t need previous teaching or coaching experience.

Whether you’re a university student, recent graduate, professional or simply someone who enjoys helping others learn, you can share your knowledge and skills while earning extra income. What could you help with? Organising study sessions and setting learning goals Developing effective study habits Improving time management and organisation Staying focused and motivated Preparing for exams Planning homework and assignments Building confidence and independent learning skills Helping students overcome everyday learning challenges What are we looking for?

Good organisational and communication skills Patience and an interest in helping others A positive and encouraging attitude No previous teaching experience required No formal coaching qualification required What we offer Flexible schedule: choose when you want to work Hybrid opportunities: online or in-person sessions €20–40 per hour: set your own rates Choose the topics and type of support you want to offer A flexible way to earn extra income alongside your studies, job or other commitments If you enjoy helping others learn, get organised and reach their goals, you can get started without previous teaching experience.
