HIAB DRIVER – ST ALBANS AREA Join Our Team! | Ashvale Haulage – Part of M O’Brien Group We are looking for an experienced and reliable HIAB Driver to join our team, covering the St Albans area. If you take pride in your work, have a strong focus on safety and enjoy working in a fast-paced transport environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a HIAB vehicle for deliveries and collections. Load and unload materials using the vehicle-mounted crane. Ensure all loads are secure and transported safely. Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects. Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records. Deliver excellent customer service on site.

Follow all relevant health and safety procedures. Maintain a professional and reliable approach at all times.

Requirements

Full UK Class 2 (Category C) driving licence. Valid HIAB qualification and relevant experience. Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card. Good knowledge of load security and safe lifting practices. A positive attitude, good communication skills and a strong work ethic. Previous experience in construction, aggregates or building materials delivery would be advantageous.
