Substitute Noon Duty Supervisor (3 hours)

Job Summary

Assists other school personnel in the supervision of students during before school and during the lunch period.

REQUIREMENTS

HS Diploma or equivalent Experience in the supervision of students Job Description / Essential Elements Duties

• Assists other school personnel in the supervision of the students during the lunch period.
• Becomes knowledgeable of school and safety rules and consistently enforces them with the students.
• Assists students in the development of appropriate social behaviors.
• Performs a variety of behavior management and behavior shaping functions.
• Establishes and maintains a respect and rapport with students.
• May perform other related duties as directed by the supervisor. Required Qualifications
• Experience in working with children
• Oral fluency in both English and Spanish preferred
