Occupational Health and Safety Officer - Full-Time, Permanent

Join Strive Living Society as our Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Officer and play a pivotal role in creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive work environment! We're looking for a dedicated professional to coordinate our safety programs, ensure compliance with industry standards and legislation, and foster a culture of respect and well-being.

You’ll manage incident investigations, liaise with WorkSafeBC, and review hazard reporting while supporting staff through return-to-work plans. Beyond safety, you’ll drive policy development, collaborate on impactful communications, and contribute to public awareness initiatives.
