Programmes Officer

Summary This position is dedicated to facilitating the full lifecycle of program operations, including strategic planning, execution, coordination, oversight, and comprehensive reporting. The role is vital for ensuring that initiatives are delivered effectively and that all outcomes are accurately documented and communicated to relevant parties.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of program strategies. Organize and manage educational sessions, workshops, and special events. Serve as the primary point of contact for beneficiaries and external partners. Oversee ongoing program activities to ensure deliverables are met. Ensure all program records and documentation are accurately maintained.

Draft and submit detailed reports on activity progress and results. Record key achievements, operational hurdles, and insights gained for future reference.

Requirements

Proven ability to support program planning and implementation processes. Experience coordinating training sessions and stakeholder engagement events. Strong communication skills for liaising with diverse beneficiary groups. Competence in monitoring program activities and tracking deliverables. Proficiency in maintaining organized program documentation.

Skill in preparing clear and concise activity and progress reports. Capability to document successes, challenges, and lessons learned effectively.
