Human Resources Generalist

Join International Wire Group as a Human Resources Generalist supporting our Camden, NY and Canastota, NY locations. This role is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys building strong employee experiences, partnering with leaders, and supporting day to day HR operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include

onboarding, employee records management, reporting, compliance, and helping ensure consistent HR practices across both sites.

We offer a competitive compensation range of $58,000 to $70,000 based on experience, plus excellent benefits including low-cost health coverage, paid holidays, 401(k) match, short-and-long term disability, life insurance, Employee Assistance Program, and mileage reimbursement for travel between Camden and Canastota.
