Testing Center Coordinator (Mid October 2026 through December 2026) Hours: 7:30am � 4:30pm + Job Summary: Francis W. Parker School is a renowned JK-12th grade independent day school. � Francis W. Parker School is seeking a highly organized Testing Center Coordinator to oversee the school�s Testing Center. This position involves coordinating and administering the day-to-day operations of the Testing Center, including scheduling assessments, managing testing materials, implementing student testing supports, communicating with faculty and students, maintaining testing procedures and academic integrity, maintaining Testing Center records, and providing direct proctoring support as needed.

The Coordinator will collaborate with the Upper School Learning Resources Department Chair to ensure students have consistent, equitable, and reliable access to an appropriate testing environment. Required Qualifications: Bachelors� degree required; preferably in Education or a closely related discipline Familiarity with the tenets of progressive education Comfortable in, and able to embrace, a diverse environment and community A deep knowledge and understanding of teaching at all levels Familiarity with the general curricula in JK-12 schools Ability to interact well with students of all ages, as well as faculty, staff, administration, and parents An understanding of and the ability to implement effective classroom management skills Strong organizational and follow-up skills Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills Trustworthy with confidential information Reliable, responsible and extremely flexible Compensation: $175 per day; this position is not eligible for benefits To Apply: Please submit cover letter with resume (no telephone inquiries please).
