Eagle Crest Communities is the largest care provider for seniors in Western Wisconsin, where we lead the industry in innovative services and compassionate, caring staff. About the Position: Our skilled nursing and rehab community, Bethany Riverside, has a great opportunity for a qualified RN to join our nursing team as the Assistant Director of Nursing! The right candidate will utilize their high-quality clinical, supervisory, and communication skills to assist the Director of Nursing in leading, directing, and managing all nursing services. They will also be responsible for the maintenance of the Infection Prevention Program and will have oversight over the orientation and development of employees within the nursing department. This is a full-time position working 80 hours per two-week pay period. The hours will primarily be daytime and weekday, but the right candidate must be available for on-call rotation and varied shift times based on the needs of the facility.

Requirements

Current license to practice in the state of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse. BSN is preferred, but not required. Current CPR certification. 2+ years of geriatric nursing experience preferred. Previous supervisory experience, preferably within a long-term care community. Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.

Strong organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 2+ years of Infection Prevention experience preferred. Basic computer knowledge with the ability to learn new software. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Our Wages: Starting wage: $43.00. Increases based on experience and qualifications.
