Manager, Employee Experience

Reporting to the Vice President, People & Culture, you will lead culture and employee experience across every division and city. You will create the moments that bring Rohitians together, from a new hire’s first day to a holiday food drive to a company-wide celebration, and you will be measured on whether people stay.

This is a retention role, and events, mentoring, recognition and community work are how you will deliver it.
