Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate project initiatives, ensuring the successful achievement of objectives while managing stakeholder relationships and facilitating change processes for our clients.

Responsibilities

Manage the project team to define the scope and the means to achieve project objectives Oversee project objectives, costs, and human resources throughout the project lifecycle Contribute to the analysis and design of solutions by leveraging expertise in finance and banking Support the team and remove roadblocks that may hinder progress Communicate progress and keep stakeholders informed of any developments or delays Propose and manage change initiatives across the organization Develop solutions to address project challenges and risks Manage a program consisting of multiple interconnected projects Requirements 3+ years of experience in project management Background in Systems Engineering or a related field Qualifications in Project Management, including PMP certification and Agile methodologies Skills in managing project health indicators Familiarity with collaborative task-tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello Familiarity with Planner Proficiency in team management, conflict resolution, and leadership Competency in motivation and communication skills Expertise in PMP-based project management
