Supervisor, People Resourcing - Project Based

The Supervisor will be responsible for: Leading the end-to-end transition of Preboarding processes into Oracle. Coordinating with People Organization Development, IT, business stakeholders, and project teams to support implementation activities. Developing and documenting Oracle-based preboarding workflows, standards, and controls.

Monitoring onboarding service levels and candidate experience throughout the transition. Ensuring data integrity and accuracy across preboarding activities. Identifying and resolving process gaps, system issues, and operational risks. Supporting user training, change management, process documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.

Providing regular progress updates and recommendations to management on transition milestones and project deliverables.
