Job Description Job Responsibilities: Evaluate current sales opportunities and analyse performance for the global sales team. Evaluate cross-selling programs and opportunities to drive more sales.

Conduct research on events, market trends, and activities within the hospitality industry. Maintain and update corporate accounts and client databases, including CRM data entry, account tracking, and data cleansing. Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance dashboards. Support account profiling, business development activities, and process improvement initiatives.

Assist with event planning, sales campaigns, and client engagement activities. Job Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, CRM systems, PowerBI Strong analytical and organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data handling. Closing Statement: At Capita.
