Maintenance Operator (f/m/d)
Job description
Bedienung von Anlagen im Wafertest und des Finaltest. Ausführung ausgewählter präventiver Wartungsaufgaben (mechanischer und elektronischer Service) an den zugewiesenen Anlagen. Durchführung von Wartungs- und Einrichtungsarbeiten an allen Anlagen, einschließlich: Einrichten von Arbeitsplätzen Umrüsten/Einrichten von Waferprobern, einschließlich des Wechsels von Probecards.
Umrüsten/Einrichten von Handlern. Umrüsten/Einrichten/ Kalibrieren von Scannern. Austausch von Nadelkarten. Überprüfung und ggf. Reparatur der ESD-Schutzausrüstung. Überprüfung der Einhaltung von Anlagenparametern und Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen. Freigabe von Anlagen nach Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen.
Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten. Betreuung von Installations- und Wartungseinsätzen externer Servicemitarbeiter. Vertretung des Senioroperators bei Bedarf. Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung Ausbildung (Mechatronik oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet) oder mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Operating/Instandhaltung, vorzugsweise Testbereich.
Grundkenntnisse über das Equipment im Verantwortungsbereich. Umfassende Kenntnisse der Fertigungs- und Prozessabläufe im Bereich Wafer- und Finaltest. Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse des MES-Systems und relevanter Fertigungsapplikationen. Fähigkeit zur Erfassung und Dokumentation von Anlagenzuständen. Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Bedienung von Anlagen im Bereich Wafer-/Finaltest.
Grundlegende Kenntnisse der Automotive-Standards, insbesondere der IATF 16949. Eigenständige, engagierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft. Vertrautheit mit PC-Software, insbesondere MS Office. Schnelle Entscheidungsfindung sowohl eigenständig als auch im Team. Starkes Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein.
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Teamfähigkeit und koordinative Fähigkeiten. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprache, insbesondere zum Verstehen von Meldungen von Anlagen.
