The Service. Now expert determines the best technical solutions and support to satisfy ESM(Enterprise service management) functional and business requirements. This position is responsible for
- Activation and configuration of Service. Now applications to meet business needs
- Development of workflows and scripts to personalize existing Service. Now applications
- Working closely with customers to research, design, develop and deliver innovative solutions to improve their business processes
- Coach business users to create their own Services from inception to completion in order to automate and improve processes
- Assisting in the identification of best practices for development of new and existing Service. Now applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, systems integration, and multiple platforms BE, ME, B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc, MSC 2-8 yrs
