Job description

We are currently looking for an E&I Superintenant in the framework of an EPC Project for the construction of a Electrolyzer in Rotterdam. According local regulation (NEN 3140) you will be nominated as Electrical responsible for the commissioning of the LV power. Mission period estimated for 2 years minimum. Working with the E&I team, you will be responsible for: Ensuring compliance with site safety regulations in close collaboration with the HSE department Manage a team of 3 to 5 supervisors dedicated to E&I works Monitoring site progress in accordance with the planning project and being proactive, alerting the site manager in the event of any deviations; anticipate upcoming activities at a macro level Monitor all electrical activities Support the development and updating of the schedule for all construction and pre-commissioning activities Monitor the progress of various suppliers Ensure compliance of the installation in accordance with the project plans Ensure compliance of the work carried out with the quality standards (global standard) Monitor and evaluate design changes (through the issuance of AFCs) in order to control quantities.

Assist the various design offices Ensure that all on-site inspections are carried out in accordance with the inspection plans (with the support of the QA/QC team) as well as the MoS and JSA Lead daily site coordination meetings with all teams Validate site progress weekly with all supervisors using the progress tools deployed on the project Ensure that the required certifications are obtained for all plant elements Assist the contract specialist in validating/rejecting various additional works according to the specifications Develop the specifications with the project team based on the scope to be carried out on site Conduct quality audits for the S/T associated with the site quality manager Monitor the quality file based on the inspection plan validated by the various specialists Capitalize on the various points (negative and positive) throughout the project in order to compile an E&I capitalization file at the end of the project Organize weekly meetings with the engineering department to anomaly tracking.

Requirements

With a technical Electrical background and qualifications, you ideally have at least 15 years of successful experience in the electrical and instrumentation field on industrial sites. VCA or equivalent Knowledge of HVAC system European Electrical Certificates / Habilitation (HV/LV, Consignment) Knowledge of IEC 61131-1 , IEC 61508 IEC 60364-1 / NEN 1010 , NEN2535/EN54 Safety and Quality Policies Fluent in English Proactivity, very good communication, curiosity
