Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available Major Responsibilities Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders Administer prescribed medications and treatments Monitor patient condition and report changes Collaborate with care team and family Complete accurate clinical documentation electronically Qualifications Active Texas LVN or RN license Current CPR certification Valid Driver's License At least 1 year of work experience or 6 months pediatric home health as a licensed RN or LVN About Us VIVA Pediatrics is a nurse-owned and operated provider of pediatric home health and medical day care services, committed to delivering high-quality care to children and their families.
