Operations Controller

Mainroad Group is seeking an experienced Operations Controller to join our leadership team and oversee finance operations across our employee-owned highway maintenance and infrastructure services companies in BC and Alberta.

Reporting to the CFO, you’ll lead payroll, accounts payable, collections, working capital, operational cash flow, and support accounts receivable. You’ll partner closely with our Corporate Controller and work alongside Operational Directors, General Managers, and field teams to strengthen processes, controls, and financial operations.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a complex, multi-company environment and enjoys building strong relationships while driving practical, business-focused solutions.
