/ Qualifications All applicants must have a valid Pupil Personnel Services credential with the CTC in order to be considered for the position.. All required documents must be scanned, and attached to your Ed-Join application prior to applying to the eligibility pool. PDF format is recommended. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
