SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and extensive experience in Germany Payroll. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of German payroll configuration, payroll schemas, rules, and end-to-end payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, implement, and support SAP HCM Payroll solutions, specifically for Germany Payroll. Manage end-to-end German payroll processes and ensure accurate payroll execution. Configure and maintain payroll schemas, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), and payroll rules. Handle payroll enhancements, troubleshooting, and production support.

Participate in SAP HCM Payroll implementation and support projects. Analyze payroll issues and provide effective solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand payroll requirements. Ensure smooth payroll operations and timely resolution of payroll-related issues.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll. Extensive experience in Germany Payroll configuration and support (Mandatory). Good understanding of German payroll processes and statutory requirements. Strong knowledge of payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll rules. Experience in SAP HCM Payroll implementation, enhancements, and support projects.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote working environment.
