TIG / Stick Welders

We are currently hiring skilled TIG / Stick Welders for industrial shutdown projects. As a TIG / Stick Welder, you will perform TIG and Stick welding on carbon steel pipe systems on an industrial shut down project. This project is 7/10-hour shifts with $200 per day per diem ($1400 per week). All candidates are required to have current welding certifications and successfully pass a basic onsite weld test.

TIG / Stick Welder Job Responsibilities: Perform TIG and Stick welding on carbon steel piping systems Weld 6-inch gas line pipe and other pipe systems as required Prepare, fit, and weld pipe joints according to project specifications Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and welding procedures Inspect welds for quality, proper penetration, and compliance with project standards Perform grinding, cleaning, beveling, and other weld preparation as needed TIG / Stick Welder Requirements: 5 or more years of experience as a TIG / Stick Welder in industrial environments Current welding certifications required Previous plant shutdown or turnaround experience preferred Ability to successfully pass a basic weld test onsite Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong attention to detail and weld quality Ability to travel to Chester, CA and work extended shifts Benefits: Weekly pay Paid time off Referral program Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k)
