Job Overview: The QHSE Technician will support the implementation and maintenance of Primoris Renewable Energy's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management system across various projects. This role focuses on ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Job Responsibilities:** * Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of Health and Safety policies and procedures. * Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure Organizational Safety standards are met. * Promote Safety Awareness among personnel through training, briefings, and effective Safety Communications.

  • Verify Safety Compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company-specific requirements. * Participate in accident and incident investigations, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions to enhance Personnel Safety. * Contribute to the ongoing Safety Evaluation of existing programs and suggest improvements for continuous Safety Assurance.

  • Maintain accurate records related to safety inspections, training, incidents, and corrective actions. * Support the QHSE Manager in implementing and maintaining the overall Safety Management system. * Prepare and deliver safety-related reports and presentations as required. * Ensure all personnel are aware of and adhere to established Safety Procedures.

Job Qualifications:** * Proven experience in a Health and Safety role, preferably within the renewable energy or construction industry. * Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations and best practices. * Demonstrated ability to promote Organizational Safety and Personnel Safety. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective Safety Communications.

  • Proficiency in conducting Safety Evaluation and ensuring Safety Assurance. * Ability to interpret and enforce Safety Compliance requirements. * Experience with implementing and maintaining Safety Management systems and Safety Procedures. * Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 30, CSP, CHST) are highly desirable.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
