Control Room Operator

Position Summary

The Control Room Operator will operate and monitor the resin coating and infusion process from the control room, including the batch heater, mixers, cooler, screening equipment, RTO (regenerative thermal oxidizer), forklift, and related equipment. This role performs grading and packaging functions involved in the processing and production of finished products and will also perform related maintenance tasks, including operating maintenance at a minimum.

Conducts all work in accordance with the CARBO Mission Statement and Core Values.
