JOB DESCRIPTION Manager – Founder’s Office (Robotics) Robotics & AI | Delhi, India | Full-Time Robotics Strategy Founder Shadow R&D Partnerships Roadmap & Dashboards High Impact Role Role Snapshot Job Title Manager – Founder’s Office (Robotics) Reporting To Founders / CTO Department Founder’s Office / Robotics Location Delhi, India (On-site) Employment Type Full-Time | Individual Contributor → Leadership Track Experience Required 3–5 years post B.

Tech (higher technical education a plus) CTC Range Competitive | As per industry standards About the Company (www.innefu.com) Innefu Labs Limited, founded in 2010, is an AI-driven R&D company providing cutting-edge Data Analytics and Information Security solutions. The company was started with a clear focus on high-tech R&D that fuels innovation and leads to products which can capture the global market and become a cornerstone of the country’s economy.

With more than 100+ installations across the Indian Subcontinent, Middle East, and Southeast Asia, the company is today a de-facto leader in developing and deploying AI for National and Cyber Security. The company’s own range of products serves a diverse client base including Defense and Intelligence organizations, Law Enforcement Agencies, Financial Intelligence Units, BFSI, as well as top Fortune 500 companies.

Having worked with some of the most sensitive organizations, the company has a deep understanding of handling sensitive and critical installations, with a clear focus on developing state-of-the-art products oriented towards solving real-world problems for our clients with exemplary support and 100% customer satisfaction.

Role Overview The Manager – Founder’s Office (Robotics) is a high-trust, high-impact strategic role designed for an exceptionally sharp technologist with a strong robotics foundation who will work directly alongside the Founders and CTO. This person will function as a force-multiplier for the Founders — scouting the robotics research ecosystem, driving roadmap execution, and owning critical initiatives across Robotics R&D, AI/ML, Hardware-Software Integration, and Partnerships.

This is not an administrative role. You will be in the room where it happens — participating in research reviews and technical strategy discussions, synthesizing complex research into founder-ready recommendations, and driving outcomes that directly shape the company’s robotics trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Enablement & Founder Support ● Shadow the Founders and CTO across robotics research reviews, lab/partner evaluations, and technical strategy discussions — synthesizing takeaways into clear action plans ● Serve as the Founders’ analytical and operational backbone: research, benchmark, and translate emerging robotics trends into actionable strategy ● Prepare high-quality robotics strategy decks, research briefs, and roadmap presentations independently ● Identify R&D bottlenecks, technical risks, and scaling risks, and proactively develop structured, sustainable solutions before they escalate Robotics R&D & Ecosystem Mapping ● Identify and map research institutes, universities, and labs across the market working on robotics — perception, manipulation, autonomous navigation, actuators, and control systems — for potential collaboration, licensing, or hiring pipelines ● Own and track R&D delivery metrics (prototype cycles, milestone completion, budget utilization) in collaboration with the robotics team; surface data-backed insights to improve delivery efficiency ● Lead or co-lead research collaboration proposals, technical partnership agreements, and proof-of-concepts with academic and research institutions ● Coordinate closely with Robotics, Product, Engineering, and Security teams to align on roadmap milestones Robotics Roadmap Planning & Execution ● Co-create the 1-year and 3-year robotics roadmap with the Founders and CTO — covering hardware/software architecture, AI/ML capability build-out, and the research-partnership pipeline ● Drive OKR/KPI tracking across robotics initiatives; flag deviations and recommend corrective actions with urgency ● Lead special projects and cross-functional robotics initiatives from problem framing through to outcome delivery ● Conduct competitive analysis of robotics products, research product roadmaps, and run competitor mapping across the market to keep the company's robotics positioning ahead of the curve Stakeholder & Communication Management ● Act as a trusted liaison between the Founders/CTO and internal stakeholders, including other CXOs — ensuring clarity, alignment, and follow-through on commitments ● Prepare daily and weekly dashboards tracking robotics R&D progress, milestones, and resource utilization, and present them directly to the Founders ● Represent the Founders in select internal reviews, research-institute discussions, or partner/integration discussions when required ● Draft and review critical technical documentation, research-partnership proposals, and robotics strategy memos Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Educational Qualification (Mandatory — one of the following) ● Option A: B.

Tech in Robotics / Mechatronics / Computer Science (with a Robotics specialization) from a premium institute — IIT, NIT, or IIIT ● Option B: B.Tech in a related field from a premium engineering institute + M.Tech / MS in Robotics, AI/ML, or a related technical discipline (preferred, not mandatory) Work Experience ● Total experience: 3–5 years post B.

Tech ● Minimum 2–3 years in a Founder’s Office, robotics R&D program management, or Technical Program Management role ● Hands-on robotics/engineering experience (has built or shipped a robotics prototype or product) strongly preferred ● Prior exposure to AI/ML, embedded systems, or hardware-software integration is strongly preferred Skills & Competencies ● Exceptional first-principles thinking and structured problem-solving ability (case-interview + system-design caliber) ● Strong technical foundation: robotics fundamentals (perception, control systems, kinematics, SLAM), embedded systems, and modern AI/data stacks ● Deep understanding of AI and Robotics/Analytics products — working knowledge of AI/ML, embedded systems, and data engineering pipelines is a strong plus ● Ability to identify, evaluate, and build relationships with research institutions, universities, and labs for robotics collaboration ● Strong technical communication — able to translate deep research into founder-ready roadmaps and dashboards ● Data-driven mindset: comfortable building and presenting daily/weekly dashboards directly to founders ● Ability to move fast, handle ambiguity, and deliver under pressure with minimal supervision ● High emotional intelligence and discretion — you will handle confidential research and product information ● Willingness to roll up sleeves and execute — engage with research institutes, review technical work, not just advise Benefits What Makes You Stand Out ● You’ve directly supported founders/leadership in building a robotics R&D function or major research initiative from scratch ● You’ve personally built, prototyped, or significantly contributed to a robotics product or system end-to-end ● You think in systems — not just tasks — and can see around technical corners ● You are equally comfortable evaluating a research paper and presenting a dashboard to founders ● You have an instinct for what matters technically and ruthlessly prioritize accordingly
