Retail Media Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Retail Media Manager based in the United States. As a Retail Media Manager, you will lead commerce media strategy across a diverse brand portfolio, driving household growth and improving the return on media investment.

You will oversee retail media initiatives across major US and Canadian retailers, including Walmart, Kroger, Loblaw, Albertsons, Meijer, and Instacart. Working closely with Sales, Brand, Shopper Marketing, and external agency partners, you will connect brand objectives with retailer-specific opportunities. You will own media budgets, guide investment decisions, and develop measurement frameworks focused on customer acquisition, household penetration, and incremental sales.
