Activities Assistant

Geneva Lake Manor is a 60 bed facility for both long-term and rehabilitation. We have an opening for an Activity Assistant. As an Activities Assistant, you will work under the direction of the Director of Activities, and responsible to meet the social, spiritual and therapeutic needs of the residents through activities, programming and continued interaction with community groups.

Performs one on one interaction to enhance quality of life. Implements Plan of Care. Enable residents to maximize their potential in activity participation through adaption, clues/prompts and grading. Documents progress notes into Matrix. Other duties: Completes all other duties as assigned.
