• Full Time Hours of work: 39 hours per week About the Role As a Deli Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading our deli team to deliver great service and great food to our customers. You’ll oversee the preparation and presentation of a wide variety of freshly made products, from ready-to-go items to delicious made-to-order options. With your leadership, you’ll ensure the team works together to maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation, while creating a welcoming and friendly environment for customers. Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing Your role will be varied, hands-on, and people-focused, including: Supervising and supporting the deli team on a daily basis Providing excellent customer service and encouraging the team to do the same Preparing, baking, and presenting our tasty range of deli products Managing stock levels, rotation, and ordering where required Leading by example in maintaining food safety, allergen awareness, labelling, and audits Ensuring counters and displays are fully stocked and attractively presented Keeping equipment and work areas clean, safe, and sanitised at all times A Few Things About You We’re looking for someone with leadership potential who is enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about great food and service. Ideally, you will also be: Friendly and approachable, with strong communication skills A natural leader who can motivate and support a team Hardworking and dependable, with great attention to detail Flexible and able to adapt in a busy environment Experienced in food service or retail, with knowledge of food safety standards (Level 2 Food Hygiene would be an advantage, but training can be provided) Why Join Us?
