At Houston & Hawkes, we're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join one of our most exciting locations. Based within a lively student campus, you'll work alongside a talented brigade delivering fresh, seasonal food with a strong retail offer while supporting hospitality and special events throughout the year.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys variety, loves working with quality ingredients and wants to continue developing their skills within an award-winning independent caterer. THE ROLE Prepare and present fresh, seasonal dishes to the highest standards Take ownership of your section and ensure consistency throughout service Support a busy retail food offer and premium hospitality events Work closely with the senior kitchen team to deliver exceptional food every day Assist with stock control, ordering and food preparation Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentation Support and encourage junior members of the brigade Contribute new ideas and help develop exciting seasonal menus WHAT YOU'LL BRING Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an ambitious Demi Chef de Partie ready for the next step A passion for fresh food and modern hospitality Experience within high-volume retail catering is advantageous A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills Pride in delivering consistently high standards A willingness to learn, develop and grow your career WHY JOIN HOUSTON & HAWKES?
