Entrepreneurship & Contractor Training Lead - AOE International

Description AOE International is a non-profit organization focused on community support and development, with a strong emphasis on workforce development and education . We partner with various organizations to address social needs, including poverty, access to resources, and educational opportunities. The Entrepreneurship & Contractor Training Lead designs and delivers entrepreneurship and contractor readiness training aligned with clean energy industry requirements and CEJA program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver workshops, cohort-based training, and instructional programming
• Coordinate instructors and partner organizations
• Evaluate training effectiveness and participant outcomes Requirements Experience in adult education, workforce training, or entrepreneurship instruction
