Maintenance Team Leader

We are currently looking to fill a permanent job for a Maintenance Team Leader to work at a prestigious accommodation building near to Green Park, London. Salary up to £32k + excellent job benefits. Working 40hrs pw, 5 days out of 7 Job Duties The Maintenance Team Leader job will involve assisting the Maintenance Manager to help lead a small maintenance team to ensure effective communication and leadership.

Responsible for the planned preventative maintenance scheme. Ensure maintenance tasks are completed and to attend to any maintenance issues as required. The Maintenance Team Leader will monitor the inventory of materials and equipment, raise purchase orders, and maintain records. Supervise maintenance contractors and ensure correct risk assessments and method statements are in place.

Carrying out health and safety checks and inspections. The Maintenance Team Leader will be responsible for the maintenance department in the absence of the Maintenance Manager. Job Requirements Ideal candidates for the Maintenance Team Leader job will have similar job experience preferably in the hospitality industry.

The Maintenance Team Leader will be skilled with using tools and experience in building maintenance. Ability to delegate tasks, someone who is motivated and positive. Be an excellent timekeeper. Well presented and have good communication skills. Job Location The Maintenance Team Leader job is based near to Green park station, London W1J 9DZ.
