Position Purpose: The Director of Development works with leadership, other internal stakeholders, and community volunteers to meet and exceed goals for raising philanthropic revenue to meet unrestricted and restricted needs of Rosecrance Health Network. Special emphasis is placed on major gifts, planned gifts, and annual special events.
