Norwegian speaking Technical Customer Support Agent in Malaga

Already living in Malaga and ready for something new? We’re hiring for our client, a fast-growing company working with tech and e-commerce brands & they’re looking for someone who’s not just “good with customers”… but who actually cares.

Responsibilities

Help customers with everything from product onboarding to troubleshooting tech issues Guide users through software, hardware & IoT setups Solve tricky cases Communicate via phone & email (mostly inbound) Document cases and keep things structured You'll be happy in this role if you: Actually enjoy helping people Can stay calm when things get messy Like figuring things out Prefer a smaller, close-knit team over a huge corporate setup Want stability Requirements Fluent in Norwegian (written & spoken) Good level of English (internal language) Around 1+ year experience in customer service/support Already based in Malaga (or very close) Comfortable with tech (you don’t need to be an expert, but not afraid of it either) Benefits Base salary + possibility to earn monthly performance bonuses Hybrid setup Help with NIE number if needed A stable role in a growing company
