Purpose The Production Operator is responsible for equipment operation while maintaining quality standards, adhering to recognized GM standards and performing the required procedures to ensure the integrity of the product.

Essential Responsibilities All plant personnel have the responsibility to monitor and report any deviations from our Food Safety and Food Quality (HACCP & SQF) programs to your immediate supervisor. Make sure case packing machines are in proper working condition before and throughout production. Maintaining raw material supply including glue products and shipping boxes.

Gather and enter pertinent information for logs and documentation. Assist Filler Operator and Forklift Operator with key pallet production information. Make sure patterns are correct on loaded pallets. Rotate Clevertech Operators ensuring breaks and lunches are met. Maintain proper housekeeping for case packing and cooler area.

Other Required Responsibilities As directed by Production Supervisor and Production Lead Operator. Skills and Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to comprehend GMP standard and quality control measures. Previous filling equipment experience is preferred, but not required Detail oriented team member with a strong, honest work ethic and the ability to handle multiple tasks daily.

Must be able to trouble shoot, assess and correct issues with case packing machinery. Be proactive in identifying and resolving potential issues that might affect production efficiencies. Physical Requirements Must possess the physical ability to work the entire shift on the plant floor working in a cool, wet environment with temperatures ranging between 34-38 degrees will be a requirement.

Standing, walking, climbing, repetitive bending, repetitive stooping, repetitive reaching with arms and repetitive grasping with hands and fingers. Must have the ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must be able to work safely in a fast-paced environment working around production machines, warehouse equipment, forklifts, large trucks and tankers.
