Only point of contact with union people . Follow and execute Shop Floor Management. Basic Skills : Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of electricity , mechanics , hydraulics , and electronics . ABB, Fanuc , Nachi , and COMAU robots. ControlNet , EtherNet , DeviceNet , and PILZ communication networks . Advanced handling of RSLogix 5000 and GuardLogix PLCs .

Advanced knowledge of resistance , electric arc , projection , and laser welding . Advanced knowledge of Power and Free, Chain- on -Edge, and Inverted Power and Free conveyor systems . Advanced knowledge of SCA Schucker and Nordson sealing and adhesive systems . GD&T knowledge . Knowledge of induction curing systems .

Knowledge of crimping presses and robotic roller hemming systems . Knowledge and management of non-new model projects . Maintenance cost management . Knowledge of electrical substations . Compressors , cooling towers , and extraction systems .
