统筹设备工装 CAPEX 评估、立项、选型及项目管理 7. 建立工艺标准，管控制造风险，落实 HSE要求 8. 对接质量、供应链、产品等跨部门，同步客户技术要求 9. 上级领导安排的其它工作事项。 Your profile and competencies to succeed 理想的候选人： 1. 本科及以上，机械 / 制造工程相关专业，硕士学历优先。 2. 8年以上电子/制造业ME经验，≥5年团队管理经验 3. 精通 NPI、工艺规划、工装开发、精益生产；熟悉 VAVE/FMEA/8D/5Why 等工具 4. 熟悉 CAD 绘图，有 SAP 使用经验优先 5. 优秀跨部门协调、项目管理与问题解决能力 6. 良好的职业素养和抗压能力，以结果为导向。 7.
